✅ Check Upon Delivery:
Please open and inspect your parcel in front of the delivery person.
If you receive the wrong, defective, or damaged product, please return it immediately to the delivery agent.
🚫 After Delivery Return:
Returns are not accepted after delivery.
However, in special cases, you can send the product to our address through Sundarban Courier at zero payment for review.
💰 Refund:
Once the return process is completed and verified, the refund will be processed through your original payment method.

Depending on the product type, you can request a replacement within 3, 5, or 7 days of receiving the product.
📦 Conditions:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.
Replacement applies only to defective, wrong, or damaged items.
🔄 Product Exchange:
You may exchange for the same product or upgrade to another by paying the price difference.
